What do Men Think about Next Level?

Early in 2010 we ran our first Next  Level Leadership Development programme for Men. The participants, as ever, were seeking in some way to shift their perspective and achieve their Next Level.

What did they think about the experience?

"Investing in the Next Level Programme has proved an extremely worthwhile exercise for me professionally.  As a Consultant, I'm always intrigued by Gill and Moira's innovative and thought provoking workshops but this time around especially had some very specific questions to address around my professional development and plans for the future. I've demonstrably profited from the clarity and insights gained through attending what I understand to be a new offering born out of their Consulting (for) Women programmes. On this basis I'm confident the programme deserves a wider audience and would commend it to professionals of both sexes seeking change personally or supporting others in their development."
