We work with organisations to build the next generation of strong women leaders.  Focusing on the emerging needs of an organisation and its clients, we create bespoke development activities which draw upon the proven foundation of our Next Level programme.

Our Impact 

We have delivered our in-house programmes internationally with lasting impact for women across the world. 

 

We helped design and deliver the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’s (ICAEW) flagship Women in Leadership programme tailored to women in finance. 

 

The British Maritime Technology (BMT) Group has been delivering the BMT Consulting Women Leadership Programme since 2017.

Through our flagship BMT Consulting Women programme we are developing women leaders across BMT with backgrounds as varied as naval architecture,  marine science, marine structural engineering and professionals in marketing, procurement, HR and programme management
