Next Level Leadership Programme
Our Next Level Programme is designed for women who want to grow, unlock their strengths and take the next step in their leadership journey. Whether you are facing a specific challenge, preparing for a bigger role, or simply know it is time for change but are not sure what that looks like, Next Level can help.
For more than 20 years, Consulting Women has supported women from diverse backgrounds to thrive as leaders in their fields. Some of our alumni have gone on to: secure board appointments, lead organisational change, improve team performance and resolve conflict with confidence.
What the programme includes
Pre-programme coaching call (one hour) to set your focus and personal goals.

Four days of workshops in small groups (maximum six participants) over three months, with two intensive days followed by a further two days led by experienced facilitators.
​
Post-programme coaching call (one hour) to embed your learning and plan your next steps.
How It Works
Phase 1 (Growing Awareness): Two-day intensive workshop introducing tools and techniques to explore your leadership challenges and goals.
​
Phase 2 (Going Within and Transforming): this session is dedicated to reflection, practice and personal growth.
​
Phase 3 (Deepening Strengths): A final day workshop focused on embedding your learning and applying it in your organisational context.
​
Follow-up coaching: One-to-one support to reinforce insights and ensure lasting impact at you will gain.
